Very hydrating
I bought the shampoo and conditioner as a pair, and the first thing I noticed was the fresh, citrusy scent. They left my bleached hair feeling hydrated and soft, especially when paired with the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Mask as I live in a very hot and humid climate country. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's quite expensive for 250 ml. I'd recommend trying the smaller size first before buying the larger one. I wouldn't recommend it for oily hair.

Effective but could be better
I feel like it's a really good clarifying shampoo but it is very drying if you're not conditioning well. I would have given four stars but I find it hard to get it out of the bottle. I have to squeeze very hard and not alot comes out which is annoying.
