A powder incarnation of Jouers best-loved {Highlighter}, this perfect Powder Highlighter diffuses flawlessly to draw attention to your favourite features. Incredibly pigmented and enriched with ultra-fine, luminosity-boosting pearls and light-refracting pigments, this can be worn alone or layered over Jouers gorgeous cream highlighter to achieve an intense, lit-from-within skin finish. Choose from Celestrial (duochrome lilac pink), Rose Gold (a bright metallic rose gold), 'Skinny Dip' (a golden peach) and Tan Lines (a shimmering deep peachy bronze), and use a brush (or fingertips) to dust along your cheekbones, brown bones, cupids bow and collarbones or anywhere you deem deserving of a little extra glitz.

Expensive but worth it!
I've never had much luck with highlighters, from liquids, to gels, to cream illuminators to powders. They've either been barely noticeable or total overkill. I have finally found 'the one' for me!! Yes, it's expensive but it's a big (pretty) pan (with a mirror) and this will last me until well past the expiry date, haha! I bought Citrine because my complexion is light/neutral and it's just beautiful on the skin. I usually use it as the highlight on my inner eyes and browbone too. Highly recommend.

One of my fave highlighters!
I bought this highlighter in the shade rose quartz and it’s literally one of my favourite highlighters! It’s silky and creamy not powdery at all, blends really nicely and lasts on the skin and is super beautiful! Can give you a natural glow or build up for an intense blinding highlight.

This one is glittery
I hate highlighters with any kind of glitter. Even the ones that look smooth sometimes show the glitters when direct light hits. I own several highlighters and Citrine from Jouer is my favourite. It is not glittery or sparkly in any way. However this rose gold version definitely has obvious glitter particles! I was so disappointed. And the colour shows up quite yellowy-gold on my east Asian skin. The powder feels good though.

Very, very bad packaging
Packing sucks!! I am a makeup artist and I pack my makeup a lot. These highlighters broke immediately!!!

Citrine
I have pretty light skin, but the colour is a pretty neutral gold so it will be good for summer as well. The highlighter is super creamy and extremely pigmented. You only need to dip and the brush in the powder and you are good to go. You can achieve a super glowy look or a natural one, depending on the application. Definetely my holy grail.

Before purchasing, I read other reviews which highly rated this product. It did not disappoint. Subtle yet buildable. Well worth the pennies!

Stunning but...
Honestly one of the most stunning highlighters I have owned and believe me, I own a fair few. Only down side is that they crumble so easily. I bought one and it broke within a week just being in my makeup bag so I bought another one thinking that I had a dodgy one and that one did exactly the same. They are still usable but it's just very messy.
