If you’re lacking in vits, I think these little vits will help. The quality is good and they’re easy to digest … but for me they are rather sweet. In terms of hair growth, as part of a package, they do help though .. so definitely worth a try.

I got a sample of this in the 2022 Advent Calendar. They taste really nice, but given how long it takes for hair to grow, it's impossible to say if they actually have any effect.
