Definitely recommend for Type 4 Hair Ladies
This product is the truth, and I definitely recommend Type 4 Hair people to use it. In just 1 month of taking these vitamins, I have experienced a vast improvement in the health of my hair, my 4C hair is less prone to breakage especially at the nape/kitchen area, and I’m retaining length. I will say the taste of the gummies was unusual (at least to me) at first, but after a while I got use to the taste. One of the best hair supplements I’ve taken and will continue to purchase more.

Good but the taste is a bit off
I feel like my skin is healthier! :-) And moreover, the product is quite rich in vitamin C (which I need to avoid a deficiency). However, I have a little trouble with the taste, as a comparison I prefer the one of the gummies "Boost Sweet Boost"

This review is for pink Hair gummies, it seems the reviews of these 2 are interchanged.. I've taking these since early december, and after finishing my first jar I not only noticed a huge dufference in my hair growth, but also in my skin!! Which is so great for me! I don't know if it's the Biotin or the Zinc but I've been struggeling my my skin for the past 8 years now, always had medium acne, uneven, bumpy skin, nothing helped and now suddenly, nothing! My skin is as smooth as never before and I have changed nothing else :o) I can only put this on the gummies, it's crazy, I never expected such results and of course ordered some backups, also trying the orange skin ones now.

Yummy and efficient
I took one month of these gummies and not sure if it's a placebo effect, I do notice an obvious new growth of hair after 2-3 weeks on it. I switched to another brand from Amazon out of curiosity and price comparison, I match the ingredient as this one, the effect is also obvious however it doesn't taste as nice and I think it gives me spots both on my face and neck/back. I'm switching back to this Hum one because it works while doesn't give side effects. I also like that it doesn't add other unnecessary vitamins or mineral content as many other brands, as not everyone needs so many vitamins and that's probably why it doesn't carry many side effects. The taste is more natural, not too artificially sweet and with slight sour citrus/berries tastes to it and a texture similar to wine gummies, I only wish the price could be slightly lower!
