Cherry red not exactly red
I was looking for a long-lasting lip liner to wear with my long-wearing red lipstick. As I've learned, lip tint shade changes once it dries. I'm extremely pale and Cherry red dries dark-brown on me! And unfortunately even with my red lipstick, even after I've blended it out, it's still extremely visible with the red lip and just straight up looks like I've lined my lips with a brown sharpie. So, bottom line - this shade is definitely not a red.

I love how this lip stain delivers long-wearing colour that doesn’t feel cakey like some lip liners — it dries down quickly, stays put through snacks and sipping, and gives a nice defined lip without that pencil-lined look. I would say it truly lasts for hours and the pigment stays vibrant, though a common gripe is there’s not much product in the tiny pen and it can feel a bit dry if you apply too much. It's my first Huda product (since almost always they put frangances), but this one is just so nice! I believe there are cheaper options out there, like the Nyx one, but it isn't an option for me, since Nyx one burned me. These ones though (huda) don't burn and stay on a very, very long time. And even the super light one doesn't pull orange on me, which isn't the usual. I also love the Essence mauve one, but it is a complement to my collection, since Huda doesn't have this color.
