A bit baffled by baking? Huda's ingenious Insta Glossary describes it as applying a thick coat of translucent powder over your foundation in areas you want to look the brightest (often underneath eyes, along your jawline and down the centre of your nose) letting it sit for 3-5 minutes then dusting it off with a clean, fluffy brush.
The break-down:
1. Prep your skin with a moisturiser or primer. Apply concealer under the eye. Flip the jar upside down and tap the base twice to release powder.
2. Apply a generous layer of powder under the eye, T-zone, laugh lines, outer corners of the mouth, and chin.
3. Let powder bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Gently dust away excess powder.

I love this powder. There is nothing on the market that can make your under eyes appear better or smoother. I bought a mini for my bag so that I can do touch ups if needed. Mostly I use it to set my under eyes, eyebrows and even to smooth out the edge of eyeshadow. I love it so much that I have it in 3 colours so I can use them depending on the makeup I am wearing that day.

Huda Beauty Baby Bake
I'm a die hard LM translucent powder fan but wanted to give Huda Beauty in Pound Cake a go so I could compare the two and I love everything else Huda Beauty I've tried. The powder hasa scent to it, so if you're sensitive this may not be so great for you. The other slight issue is the packaging. I don't use the little puff handle so having to tip product out can be a bit of a pain, especially if too much comes out. Other than that, the powder itself performs well, helps with my oily tzone and keeps my makeup in place all day.
