Huda's ingenious Insta Glossary describes it as applying a thick coat of translucent powder over your foundation in areas you want to look the brightest (often underneath eyes, along your jawline and down the centre of your nose) letting it sit for 3-5 minutes then dusting it off with a clean, fluffy brush.
The break-down:
1. Prep your skin with a moisturiser or primer. Apply concealer under the eye. Flip the jar upside down and tap the base twice to release powder.
2. Apply a generous layer of powder under the eye, T-zone, laugh lines, outer corners of the mouth, and chin.
3. Let powder bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Gently dust away excess powder.

I have fair skin, I wear Nars light reflecting foundation in mont blanc. I use this all over the face, it helps with the slightly warm leaning foundations. Under my eyes I used to wear Givenchy prisme libre in 3. This is blurring, but the color on me is a bit too pink. If it was a tad lighter it would be perfect. You only need a little under the eyes. At the end of the day I do see the dryness appear but majority of the day I am fine. On my face I like it, burring and keeps my complexion shine free.
