The shade is flattering and the formula does a good job of giving brows a more polished look, especially if you’re just looking to fill in areas of general sparseness. That said, the wand tends to pick up too much product, which can lead to a goopy or chunky application unless you carefully scrape off the excess first. The hold is also on the softer side — it tames brows lightly but isn’t firm enough to keep very unruly hairs in place throughout the day. For someone like me with thin brows and significant gaps, I find I still need to pair it with a brow pencil to create a more defined shape. While it’s not a bad product by any means, those who want rigid hold or more precise definition may find it lacking compared to pencils or wax-like formulas. Considering the high price and the bit of a learning curve with the brush, I wouldn’t call it a must-have — but for anyone who prefers a softer, effortless brow look, it can still be a lovely addition.
