Ocean Floor
The most precise eyeliner ever. It’s also soft, velvety, glides effortlessly and stays on as long as you want it to (well, it survives a Sicilian wedding…). Ocean Floor is not only a beautiful name, it’s a unique shade too. Although it’s a dark blue, it never looks like black, I don’t know how the ocean floor might look like but the liner looks like a night sky full of stars for sure. I love it and will be buying it again. The shade looks amazing with green eyes. And if you pair it with Viseart Paris Scarket, a Deep Purple with shimmer from the Petit Pro palette, your eyes will look mesmerizing.
