Soft prongs
I've long hair to lower mid back , it's fine but because of length it's heavy. The scalp brush prongs are soft in order for prongs to reach my scalp ,I need to section my hair to massage my scalp. A bit of work but lovely feeling after scalp scrub. Recommended for end result
