This is a nice lip scrub that does exactly what it claims—it gently polishes away dry, flaky skin, leaving my lips feeling smoother and looking more refined. I don't expect miracles from a lip scrub, and this one delivers realistic results without being overly harsh. A little goes a long way, and I prefer to use it in moderation rather than over-exfoliating my lips. A little disappointed with this, but it's still okay
I'm a little disappointed with this lip scrub. For the price – and based on my good experiences with other Fresh products – I was expecting it to feel special somehow. I've tried other sugar lip scrubs in the past that were a quarter of the price and felt and worked exactly the same as this one. Yes, it offers exfoliation with the sugar, and yes it moisturizes slightly. I didn't find it particularly moisturizing though, and somehow it doesn't manage to slough off the dry skin on my lips, either. I've even tried scrubbing it a little with a cloth to see if that worked better than just using my finger, and I had similarly disappointing results. I feel like maybe I'm doing something wrong, cause the other reviewers are really happy with this. For my part, I wouldn't buy this again.
