In general, I think face sheets are more of a self-care thing rather than actually doing much for your skin. Having said that, a lot of face sheets tend to break me out after a day, but it wasn’t the case with these ones! My skin felt hydrated and brighter. Would probably not use them regularly, but more as an extra step on a pampering day.
