Cleanser 50ml: Shake before use. Pump a little foam into your hand and smooth over your face using circular movements. Then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Lip Balm 3g: Smooth onto your lips. Apply generously after exposure to the elements.

Darker Skin Tones Hyaluronic Serum 10ml: Dispense a full pipette in the palm of your hand and apply it all over your face gently patting it in. After the serum has been absorbed, apply Darker Skin Tones Face Cream. Suitable for all skin types.

Face Cream 20ml: Use after cleansing the skin. Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes.

Face Mask 20ml: Apply at least 2-3 times a week, after cleansing. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, allowing the Face Mask to soak into the skin entirely, before taking it off with lukewarm water. For an intensive treatment, keep it on until the Face Mask has dried and is no longer visible before rubbing it off in gentle motions. Follow with Dr. Barbara Sturm's Face Cream.

Super Anti Aging Hand Cream 50ml: Apply the Super Anti-Aging Hand Cream as needed, for healthy, hydrated skin. For hands that are extremely dry, the cream can be used as a nourishing hand mask once or twice a week. For the hand mask, apply the cream generously to clean hands and leave on for approximately 20 minutes. Wear gloves to intensify the effect. Massage the remaining product into the skin or remove with a tissue.

Hyaluronic Ampoule 2ml: Hold the Hyaluronic Ampoule in one hand and wrap a tissue around the neck of the ampoule or use the enclosed ampoule opener. With your other hand, grasp the neck of the ampoule firmly and snap it open at the lower ring. Pour the Hyaluronic Acid in the palm of your hand, pat it gently into your skin and then apply Dr. Barbara Sturm's Face Cream. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Eye Cream 5ml: Apply in the morning after using the Cleanser. Gently pat into the delicate skin around the eyes.

Brightening Serum 10ml: Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply it over your face. Gently pat into your skin. Follow with your moisturizer. Note: In the morning, also use a cream with SPF protection such as Dr. Barbara Sturm's Sun Drops Spf 50, to help prevent the formation of dark spots. Be careful not overexpose yourself to the sun’s damaging rays.

Super Anti-Aging Serum 10ml: Place one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply onto the face, eye area and neck, gently patting it in. Suitable for all skin types.

Anti-Aging Body Cream 50ml: Massage the Anti-Aging Body Cream into your skin in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.

Clarifying Face Cream 20ml: Use in the morning and/or evening. Apply gently to your face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes after cleansing.

Clarifying Face Mask 20ml: Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approximately 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water. Then apply Clarifying Serum and Clarifying Face Cream.

The Good C Vitamin C Serum 20ml: Place one pipette length of The Good C Vitamin C Serum into the palm of your hand and distribute over the face using gentle tapping motions. Avoid the eye area. Wait for approximately one minute until the serum is absorbed before applying Dr. Barbara Sturm’s Face Cream. For daytime use, we recommend concluding your skincare routine with Sun Drops Spf 50 for extra sun protection. Also suitable for use in the evening as a night-time serum. The Good C Vitamin C Serum can be mixed with other Sturm serums, drops or moisturizers.

Scalp Serum 20ml: Using the pipette, trickle the formula directly onto your scalp (on dry or wet hair) and massage in gently. Allow time for the serum to absorb. For best results we recommend using the Scalp Serum in the evening to optimize scalp health. The Scalp Serum contains caffeine. For use during pregnancy, please consult your doctor.

Balancing Toner 20ml: Applied after cleansing, it removes residue from makeup and excess oil, while regulating the skin’s delicate pH balance that can be altered even by the alkalinity of tap water.

Anti-Pollution Drops 10ml: Apply as the last step in your skincare routine. Dispense a full pipette in the palm of your hand and apply to the face, eye, and neck area using a gentle patting motion. A few drops of the serum can be mixed with your Face Cream or applied undiluted.

Calming Serum 10ml: After cleansing, apply to the face. Wait for the serum to absorb before applying Dr. Barbara Sturm's Face Cream. To reduce skin sensitivity, use regularly in the morning and/or evening.
