On clean, dry skin, insert mouthpiece and close mouth to hold in place. Device can also be used without the mouthpiece by detaching the tray and holding the device against the lips for duration of treatment.
Tap the On and Off buttons to power on the device and use for the preprogrammed treatment time of three minutes.
Device will automatically shut off. Remove device and clean mouthpiece with lukewarm water.

i was waiting patiently for this to arrive to CB and bough it without any thinking. light therapy is a process and you will not see any immediate results. but stick with it and thank yourself in a decade when aging and lip thining passed you by
