For the latest information, it is recommended to review the ingredient list printed on the packaging of the product prior to usage or consumption.

On clean, dry skin, place device directly onto desired treatment site. Mould device for a snug fit (arms, shoulders, legs, knees) or lay flat (upper/lower back, chest).

For fine line and/or blemish treatments: press and hold the button for two seconds to turn on device. Press again to select light setting (red, blue, red+blue) and use for the programmed treatment time of three minutes (per treatment site). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete.

For tired muscle treatments: press and hold the button for two seconds to turn on device and use for the programmed treatment time of 14 minutes (per treatment site). Device will shut off automatically when treatment is complete.

Remove device. For optimal results, use device once daily per treatment site. Use 2-3x times weekly.
