For best results, apply 2 to 3 pumps to clean, dry underarms, holding bottle 6 inches from skin. Allow to dry before dressing. Reapply throughout the day as needed. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.

not the worst

It smells good. I like spray deodorants. It doesn't leave white marks on black clothes. But it's very sticky—I feel the stickiness for a very long time, for several hours.
