Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I have curly hair and since I straighten it very often I thought this would help me stay away from frizz, but no. It leaves a residue on my hair and feels sticky after. It actually makes my hair frizzier, I don't recommend.
