Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. You can see the difference
You need to spray a lot to really see the best results. I have thick hair. Works through a couple of washes. When you apply you instantly notice hair is flatter. Good for more humid situations or a quick trip to keep hair more manageable. However, I do need to wash my hair sooner when I use it
