Ideal for slick complexions, this primer-meets-skin care formula hydrates, brightens and smooths skin instantly and over time. Offering a natural matte finish with light to medium coverage, the Pore-Refining Mattifying Veil boasts SPF 25 to protect you from the sun's rays and its skin-damaging effects. Using the brand's unique Porous Matte Powder Complex, excess sebum is absorbed to reveal a radiant, even finish, while a Light-Empowering Enhancer encourages radiance and a Skin-Empowering Illuminator (with real platinum golden silk!) hydrates, plumps and encourages skin to protect itself against different types of stress. And of course, the formula prolongs the longevity of your foundation - giving it a new lease of life with a fresh finish that won't crease over time.
Apply to face following skincare.
Squeeze a small amount of cream onto fingertips and apply to five points (forehead, nose, chin, and both cheeks) on the face. Smooth evenly over skin.
Allow base to set before applying foundation.
Recommended amount: once a day. Lasts for approximately 4 months.

Disappointed
This enhances my texture a lot and I feel my skin is generally not problematic. It provides good grip for my foundation to stay all day but I am not sure thats a good thing if it looks bad the entire time!? I really love CDP products so I will continue to try different techniques and foundations to make it work, but for the price it's a disappointing result.

To be honest I don’t see the mattifying efect and my pores are still big, but foundation applies so well on top. The formula is thin and dries fast, doesn’t peel or clog the pores. Package wise is great luxury cle de peau style. Undecided if will buy again.
