Matte but not dry
I was worried Lipstick Matte - 110 Exuberant would dry out my lips like other matte lipsticks, but it's surprisingly comfortable. It's matte without being too matte, leaving a soft, velvety finish. Paired with a touch of lip gloss, it makes my lips look beautifully vibrant and smooth.
