I’m a huge CT fan and I’ve been interested to try this product for a while now. I feel like it’s oil based as it leaves my skin super glowing. I have an oily skin so maybe is not the best option for me but it’d definitely use it on top of a medium coverage foundation for extra coverage. Personally I prefer her main flawless foundation products than this.
