Hold the brush horizontally and use the flat side to push upwards and coat the lashes.
Twist the wand and brush through with the bristled side to comb each individual lash from root to tip.

Wow wow wow!!
Oh I love this! Gives me perfect thicker fanned-out lashes, no irritation (a major issue for my sensitive eyes), no flaking, clumping or smudging (easily stays put at least 15 hours), and the brush is brilliant (once you get used to the application method as it’s a bit different from the usual). My new HG mascara and I will repurchase forever as long as it’s available. Excellent value as you can use every last bit with no drying up in the tube. Full size already in my back up drawer! CT and CB: great job here!Â

Wow this is an amazing invention. Â Forget old style mascara as this new style brush is revolutionary. Check instructions of how to use as this gives you full benefits. I rub my eyes so had to use a waterproof mascara before now I use this all the time. Gives great coverage, an liner under top lid and an eye lash lift all in one.Â

Love it
This mascara had been recommended by a friend. I have naturally long lashes and was sceptical that this mascara would 'show them' at their best. Absolutely love it! As an older lady of 60 years, so happy that a product delivers as expected. Comes off cleanly too. No panda eyes in the morning!

Magical
I have short stubby eyelashes and hate the faff of curling... This product really does work miracles in terms of lengthening and separating lashes to give a dramatic and lifted look. I would strongly recommend to any short eyelash sufferers! It takes some patience and practice to apply it effectively without getting mascara everywhere, but definitely worth it for the results.Some reviewers have complained about smudging - I don't find this product smudgier than any other mascaras I've tried, and I have quite oily eyelids. I will normally have to wipe away smudging once in the evening, but the product isn't clingy and wipes away easily. It's also very easy to cleanse.

Beautiful lashes, until it smudges
I've found the same problem with every single mascara Charlotte Tilbury produces. They would all be my staple mascara from how they make my eyelashes look - full, elongated and separated. However, the drawback is after a few hours into wearing, it always leads to black smudges under my eyes. It's such a shame but just have to hope a waterproof, or at least more durable, formula is created soon!Â

Fantastic brush!
This was my first time buying this brand, I have been looking for a mascara that helps enphasise my very fine lashes and with a brush that doesn't feel like it's the size if a toilet brush! I am really impressed with this brush which is almost flat on either side which helps me get in the corners and nearer the root of my lashes. The mascara itself is better than most I have tried but have to agree it does smudge quickly, I like it enough to purchase again though and looking forward to trying some other products from this brand
