I’m not really a lipliner girly since I find lipliners make my lips often look unnatural. However I do love the CT formula. They’re a bit waxy but in the best way possible because the pencil glides on easily (no dragging) but holds it shape (it’s not too soft), is pigmented and stays in place a good amount of time. I don’t find they stay on all day but non of the lip liners I ever used do that. Worth the price for me!
