Pretty Shade, But Too Warm and Tricky to Apply
I picked up Pillow Talk Medium, described as a “dialled-up peachy-pink” that’s deeper than the original and recommended for medium to deep skin tones. On my light-medium skin, however, the shade pulls a bit too warm and deep to look natural. Like the Hollywood Flawless Filter, its highly luminous finish can also accentuate skin texture or pores if I’m not careful with blending. The packaging isn’t ideal either — the applicator makes it far too easy to squeeze out excess product, which feels wasteful. While the formula itself is pretty, I find it harder to work with compared to other products in my routine.
