Now I understand. I have tried a lot of powder but I definitely don't have nothing like this. This is very thin and nice powder. I don't think this can hold your makeup for too long but you can retouch it with it and it works really nice.

Great powder. I have shade Fair for the majority of the year and shade Medium for the summer (I am shade 2N1 Estee Lauder double wear during winter and a couple shades darker in the summer). It works well for under the eyes, doesn't emphasize texture and dry patches. All in all, great.
