Beautiful, but short lasting
The most beautiful shades Camellia (neutral, slightly warm, light pink) and Bourbon Rose (neutral rose), are not offered by CB, why? They have micro shimmer that optically enlarge lips. Patience (light pinky nude) and Hyacinth (cool light pink) are other two stunning shades for fair complexions, but unfortunately they are formulated without any shimmer. Shades are stunning, formula moisturising and plumping, but the longevity is tragic, I need to reapply every 2h without any food or drink. Sisley Le Phyto Shine lipsticks have very similar formula, but they last way longer and I can eat and drink wearing them. Sisley ones don’t have as many light shades for fair skin as Chantecaille does. Staying power is the only downfall though.

Thank you Julia! Very fair comment - the best combination of lip balm and lipstick. It’s super hydrating, and I don’t feel it on the lips at all. I got it in beautiful nude Camellia color. The only downside is that it doesn’t last long on the lips, however, it’s not what I sought - I have other long-lasting lipsticks for this purpose.
