the packaging...
The cream is so good, very hydrating and rich but still lightweight. However the packaging makes the whole experience a bit deceiving, I literally have to fight and shake the bottle to have a small amount of cream. I think the cream is too thick to go through the pump.

Lovely cream, terrible packaging
Five stars for the contents, which is creamy, super moisturizing and soothing, and does not aggravate my POD. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get the product out of the packaging, since the pump does not work at all with the thickness of the cream and the square bottle. If they'll fix the packaging, will definitely be purchasing again, otherwise not.

Horrible packaging
Cream does what it says so I give it 5 stars, the 1 star is for the horrible packaging! I already had trouble of getting any moisturizer out on my first use. The second day, it didnt pump any cream anymore. Even by opening the pump, i can’t get the moisturizer! So my advice, only purchase this if they change their packaging!

love the product/hate the packaging
The cream has a very creamy, melty texture that heals my very dry skin without being too oily. My flaky dry patches disappeared after a week using the product twice a day. Only the packaging is terrible, I've already contacted the support team and they sent me another one but still, it is a struggle to get the product out of the tube. I took off the pump and using it that way, but to be honest it is just messy and wasteful. I have no problem with the pump of other BYOMA products like the cleanser, it works great.

Started using this moisturiser a few days ago and it’s so nice! It doesn’t irritate my skin, it makes it feel smooth and hydrated. Even in the morning it’s still on creating a hydrating barrier. I’m definitely going to buy more products from this brand. And the packaging is beautiful!

Good cream bad packaging
This is a very nice moisturizer whit an excellent price point! The texture is creamy and thick but it absorbs beautifully into the skin without leaving any greasy residue (actually it leaves a satin almost mat finish but still very hydrating). It keeps my face well moisturized for hours! (I have dry skin). The only annoying thing about the product is the packaging: it looks cute but the plastic is rigid so its very difficult to take the last bit of product out and the pump is not helping with this at all... (I had to take the pump off at some point).

Moisturizing rich cream
Very nice moisturizers this one, as well the gel one. Even though they feel very nice on the skin the pump on the rich cream it's very bad. I've managed to make it work again a few times, but still doesn't. I didn't have a problem with the pump on the gel version, probably being lighter texture.
