Best moisturizer
This is by far my absolute favorite moisturizer and the price is perfect. No irritation no melting makeup and gets absorbed easily. I did have a problem with the pump though.

Just unable to use it bc of the pump
The cream seems very nice. Unfortunately the pump does not work at all, so the only way to try the cream is by shaking it out. I read the comments on the pump and did not take them seriously, but please do. As the bottle is hard, you won’t be able to squeeze the cream out. In the end…you will be able to use some drops of cream and will have to throw the rest. Such a shame! So please Byoma, find other packaging and I will become a big fan of your product.

I think this is a overhyped moisturizer, unfortunately. It has nice ingredients and you would think (hope) it’s a nice moisturizer too, but it’s not that special. Would not repurchase and would not recommend even though it’s not terrible either.

Really nice moisturizer
If you need a bit of moisture, with some easy-to-use actives, this is a rich cream (not an ultra thick one) for those who have combination skin and want the moisture without leaving a sticky or greasy feeling on the skin. You can always add more magic to the mix by layering it with any of the Byoma's serums, as it is formulated to play well along with them.

Great product, terrible packaging
I love this moisturiser! I have combination skin and it is perfect and for such a reasonable price. What is terrible is the pump!! It worked oer6for about 1 week and now it does not work at all so I use the pump to wipe product onto my hand. Sort it out Byoma!!

Great formula with terrible packaging
As many other people have noted, the pump stops working within a very short space of time. It's really disappointing as the cream itself is super hydrating and non irritating at a really great price point. I have the cleanser which is also a pump and does not have the same issues. The pump can be unscrewed if you encounter the same issue but it is not ideal.

Terrible packaging
This is a really good moisturiser but the pump doesn’t work. I’ve managed to scrape some of the product out of the bottle but the majority of it will be going in the bin. I thought mine might’ve been faulty but looking at the other reviews they all mention this problem. Do not buy.Â

Calming moisturiser in awful packaging
The moisturiser is very calming and hydrating, would rate it so much better if the packaging wasn’t so bad. After a short time, the pump completely stops working and had to open the bottle up to get any product out.Â

Lovely cream but disastrous pump!
I’ve loved this cream ever since I’ve bought it, absolutely lovely, very hydrating and sinks perfectly into the skin!However, I have not been able to use as much as I would like since the pump on this thing is an absolute horror: you keep pumping and pumping for minutes and nothing comes out up until a point where it all squirts everywhere… An absolute bummer. I’ve mostly been unscrewing the top in order to be able to use it, which is quite unsanitary.

Beautiful thick moisturiser with disappointing packaging
This moisturiser is one of the best I've tried so far, it ticks all the right boxes. My oily and flaky skin is left moisturised and protected after I use this. It's a real life saver when it comes to fending off the side effects you get from tretinoin-based acne treatments. The packaging is this products biggest letdown.. I spent the best part of 15 minutes trying to get this to work before I eventually opened it up and started slamming it against my hand to get some of it out. Really unhygenic. I think I'd prefer if this came in a normal tub with a little plastic scoop to get the product out.
