Great moisturizer, hate the pump
This is a really good moisturizer at a great price point. It leaves my skin hydrated and I don't need to use a lot, plus it layers well with my other products. The only problem is the pump - this is the second time I've purchased this moisturizer and each time the pump stops working after about a week. Super annoying, especially since it means I can't buy the refill as I keep hoping Byoma has fixed the issue. If the pump worked then I would give this 5 stars.

brilliant utilitarian moisturizer
This is a utilitarian one size fits all, can't go wrong with it moisturizer? It will not change your life, but is ha a brilliant price point and it perfect when you use a prescription retinol like I do. I will repurchase this, even though the pump is an absolute nightmare.

Good value for money but again, bad packaging. The pump hardly works so it's frustrating to get any product out of the bottle. Nice texture though and also a decent moisturizer.

Best moisturizer
This is by far my absolute favorite moisturizer and the price is perfect. No irritation no melting makeup and gets absorbed easily. I did have a problem with the pump though.

Just unable to use it bc of the pump
The cream seems very nice. Unfortunately the pump does not work at all, so the only way to try the cream is by shaking it out. I read the comments on the pump and did not take them seriously, but please do. As the bottle is hard, you won’t be able to squeeze the cream out. In the end…you will be able to use some drops of cream and will have to throw the rest. Such a shame! So please Byoma, find other packaging and I will become a big fan of your product.

I think this is a overhyped moisturizer, unfortunately. It has nice ingredients and you would think (hope) it’s a nice moisturizer too, but it’s not that special. Would not repurchase and would not recommend even though it’s not terrible either.

Really nice moisturizer
If you need a bit of moisture, with some easy-to-use actives, this is a rich cream (not an ultra thick one) for those who have combination skin and want the moisture without leaving a sticky or greasy feeling on the skin. You can always add more magic to the mix by layering it with any of the Byoma's serums, as it is formulated to play well along with them.

Great product, terrible packaging
I love this moisturiser! I have combination skin and it is perfect and for such a reasonable price. What is terrible is the pump!! It worked oer6for about 1 week and now it does not work at all so I use the pump to wipe product onto my hand. Sort it out Byoma!!

Great formula with terrible packaging
As many other people have noted, the pump stops working within a very short space of time. It's really disappointing as the cream itself is super hydrating and non irritating at a really great price point. I have the cleanser which is also a pump and does not have the same issues. The pump can be unscrewed if you encounter the same issue but it is not ideal.
