OMG, the By Terry Ombre Blackstar eye shadows are everything! I picked up a couple of shades on a whim and I'm so glad I did. The formula is so creamy and easy to apply – I just swipe it on with my finger and blend it out with a brush. The pigmentation is insane – a little goes a long way.

Love the colour Ombre Mercure..such a beauty! Just one swipe on the lid and blend with either fingers or a brush and viola- you have a smouldering smokey eye. This and Laura Mercier Caviar sticks are the best eyeshadow sticks in the market. The pigment, the blendability is just superb.

Stunning shades, but not long-wearing
I already had a couple of these shadow sticks previously but after seeing the goddess Shelbey Wilson using the shade Ombre mercure, I had to have it! It is a stunning, unique gunmetal-y taupe with a slight purple-ish undertone, just really multidimensional. I do find with all of these eyeshadow sticks that they are not the most long-wearing are crease-resistent on the market. Also my stick came broken.

Lovely, easy to use eyeshadow
I bought the colour bronze moon. The shade is lovely, the shimmer is not too subtle but I like a bit of shine. It is very soft, which is mainly a plus I think since it helps non-experts like me with blending, but other reviews have mentioned it can feel almost as if it's melting a little.Â

A lovely creme eyeshadow
I bought the By Terry Ombre Blackstar Eye Shadow in the colour - Bronze Moon. It glides on the lid and is a colour easily worn in winter or summer. I like too that it comes in a smaller size for a handbag makeup kit.
