The product is nice, it has a nice fresh scent, and I like the marshmallowy texture of the shampoo. I guess my only complaint would be the packaging, I don't really like that it's packaged like a hair mask. I think if it was in a tube, I'd use it more often. I don't reach for it as often as I thought I would. Also, the price tag.
