Combining Avène’s Thermal Spring Water – for a surge of soothing moisture – with [C-Restore]™ (a post-biotic biotechnological patented active ingredient derived from Aqua Dolomiae), the barrier-replenishing cream helps to minimise feelings of discomfort and dryness for up to 48 hours. Topped with clarifying copper sulphate and zinc sulphate, the fragrance-free formula is suitable for the whole family.

Basic
Very ordinary basic barrier cream. Got it in the Skintellectual edit - it makes sense that it was added to the box to counter the effects of a strong peeling. The texture is somewhat clayish, does not get absorbed very well( which is like normal for barrier cream). Could be used as protection from the cold bites in cold weather. Great price/amount of product ratio. O find that cicaplast b5+ works better

"I really love this cream! It’s gentle and soothing, making it perfect for my sensitive skin. It calms any redness and leaves my skin feeling super soft. However, I’ve noticed that it can make my skin a bit too oily if I use it during the day, so I’ve started applying it only at night. As a nighttime moisturizer, it works wonderfully, and I wake up with smooth, hydrated skin. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive skin, but be mindful if you’re prone to oiliness!"

Horrible
Terrible product for me. Too oily and greasy, doesn't absorb well and I only wore it as a hand cream. Can't imagine how horrible it would be on the body.

Great for Psoriasis

This is a lovely barrier-restoring cream for my sensitive skin. I used the cicaplast baume from La Roche Posay before. This is a great alternative.
