It is alright
I got curious about this product after having read all the positive reviews. I did notice some improvements in my skin elasticity and nails, but it made rather think of adding more proper protein into my diet then continuing with this product.

start with smaller doses as it may upset the stomach, otherwise barely any taste and dissolves well in warm water or tea.

I am not sure if this really works yet. I guess I need to give it some time. However, compared to other collagen products it is really easy to mix with everything. It has no taste at all, so you can mix it with any drink or food you like and it also does not leave any clumps.

This is my first time using a collagen powder like this. So far, I have had no issues with it and would recommend it. The first thing that I noticed with its use is that my nails are much stronger and they do not buckle as much when they get longer. Still hoping to see improvements in my hair and skin with time.

Tasteless in my coffee and i think my skin looks brighter, helps my textured skin look less texture and keeps my acne under control. Also like to take a scoop after a workout with my protein shake. For added benefits i incorportate vitamin c too :) recommend and will continue to purchase

This is a great source of collagen to top up my intake. Jury is out whether collagen supplements affect the skin (they seem to go to joints first if needed) but I'm willing to try. I've used this for a few years, very easy to add to smoothies.

I've tried dozens of different collagen powders but this one is by far the most effective one. I've been using it for a long time (used to buy it in the US) by taking it every morning in my coffee. It helps me stay full till lunch, my joint are much more flexible and less achy (I tun marathons and I get a lot of aches here and there) and my hair is looking amazing.
