I like that the fat of anchovies and sardines is used here (which is better for your health), but the size is really huge and uncomfortable to swallow

Not my first bottle ;) and deffintely not the last! No strange lingering aftertaste. It helps keep my skin clear. Im ok with the size but as far as lnow there are some ppl that dont like this pill size (my son for exaple;)

It’s always so hard to tell if a supplement is working or not, but I had no issue with these (excepting the size of the pills that are massive) and had the feeling that they made me feel better.

Hard to say if they work, as I get other supplements too, but overall I feel much better so I like to think that these are good enough 

I’ve been using it for about a month, keep in mind that the pill is MASSIVE. I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet so I’ll have to use it for another month. There isn’t any fishy aftertaste and it doesn’t smell horrible.
