I have been taking these on and off for about a year now and the first 3 months it made a huge difference on my skin.. hardly got any acne on my face and it also made my digestion better.. 6 months later it makes absolutely no difference.. I don’t know if my body got used to this product or what but my skin doesn’t look as good as it did before when I started taking this product

I got this in a goody-bag and hate the marketing in this product. Our body (and especially our liver) doesn't need any 'detox', it's untrue and misleading to claim that this is useful. Nevertheless, the product has some nice ingredients in it like selenium (good if you have hypothyroidism) but makes sure you check your other supplements to make sure you don't take too much of any specific ingredient.

I became from goodie bag. It’s 30 days version, quite short to see huge difference, but luckily it doesn’t bring me more acnes like another supplements. Thanks Cult Beauty 

Don't know how but it made me more regular and a little less bloated. My skin looks the same but I'd continue using this (on my second bottle now) for digestion purposes.
