The 101 Ointment Lip + Cheek Tint is enriched with pure lanolin, which has a unique molecular structure that closely resembles and mimics your own skin oils to deliver unparalleled levels of moisture. However, this formula also comes laced with a natural, pinched-your-cheeks tint for a flattering, dewy-skinned flush that looks just like your face made it. Intensely hydrating, nourishing and 100% natural, this rescue ointment is a handbag hero, providing immediate relief while lending lips and cheeks a sweet, just-bitten hint of pink. Dermatologically tested, vegetarian and baby friendly, cruelty-free and free from 'nasties', this treatment is an absolute no-brainer. Choose from 'Rose Gold', 'Baby Rose Gold' or 'Bronze Gold'.
Warm the ointment between fingers or apply directly onto the lips and skin. Use generously and keep below 25°c.

It’s very nice, maybe too thick…
I love it, and that’s why I give it five stars, but I should mention that it is quite thick and on your cheeks it feels as if you have to rub a lot, and you fear it’ll move your whole make up base. Might work better for when you’re not wearing base? I love the shade, it’s just gorgeous!

Didn’t like the texture
There’s so many better tints than this. This feels like vaseline mixed with a lipstick, but the texture is very hard that you need to push it out very hard in order to get it. I didn’t like it on my lips or the cheeks, there are better products out there.

Nice with another balm
I have both shades of this product. I don't particularly like the shades alone but I love them on top of a clear Lanolips balm and a nude liner. The key is to use a tiny amount and not squeeze a lot. They give that healthy and juicy look to the lips!

Nice taste but rubbish packaging
I bought this not knowing that the tube doesn't come with the same slanted applicator-tip most of the other lanolin's products come with. Since I hate nothing more than applying sticky lip balm with my fingers and can't stand touching my face this was a huge letdown. This also means that a precise application is basically not possible unless you use a lip brush. I like the subtle rosy taste and usually wear the balm overnight since I can't apply it during the day at work as it would create a huge mess.
