A recollection of his wife’s favourite drink — gin on the rocks with lime — Kilian Hennessy’s Roses on Ice stars sharp notes of gin, softened with rose and refreshing cucumber. After opening with this aquatic crispness, juniper berries and voluptuous rose centifolia uplift and transform the scent before it dries down with a heady concoction of sandalwood and musk.
