I purchased these gummies to help me in stressful periods. They taste good, but i prefer much more the flavour of the brand's hair gummies. They are effective and really calming

I love gummies, and much more when they are with benefits. Having said this, this ones havea cherrykind of taste that I do not like, but they are easy to take and is a natural calm remedy,but of course do not expect miracles, this is not a drug so the effect is very mild and on long term use.

I must say it really helps me to calm down. I take the gummies with food because I’m not a fan of the flavor but that doesn’t bother me at all. Nice discovery.
