Apply Serum: Make sure both your skin and device are clean and dry. Then apply your conductive serum evenly across all areas you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.

I'm amazed by this device, even after six months of using it and it gets better with time, the results are becoming more permanent and I have even combined it with different nutrition! My skin is tighter and more toned, loving the upper arm part now!

This device was a gift, but I just have to say that it does what it claims it does, my love handles are not as floppy as they used to be, now I want to combine it with special diet for optimum results. Foreo app is the best, very user friendly and the whole experience is amazing

been using regularly but not seeing results just yet, its 10 mins a day 5 times a week which doesnt seem like a lot but its worth bearing in mind if you can squeeze it in or even be in the mood to do it
