Founded by three sisters who wanted to create make up that was ritualistic, ceremonial and had transformative qualities, Rituel de Fille is the bewitching beauty brand powered by skin loving ingredients. Approaching the brand’s formula development like potion-making, each ingredient is studied and explored so that products merge seamlessly into skin and can be applied with fingers or brushes, be easily built up or sheered out and be used across the face from eyes and lips to cheeks and lids.
MEET RITUEL DE FILLE’S FOUNDERS
Looking to combine their creativity and deep understanding of cosmetics, LA make up artists and sisters Caroline and Michelle along with fashion writer Katherine, honed in their expertise to develop a beauty brand inspired by ancient and historical cosmetics. In 2014 they launched Rituel de Fille, after the French saying, ‘Ritual of the Girl’. Encapsulating the magical intuition of applying make up and the power, confidence and uniqueness that make up can have, the trio was adamant about developing a brand that revelled in the sensory pleasures and ceremonial power of colour.
