Another day, another crop of prestigious award winners – this time, The Beauty Shortlist have declared a host of Cult Beauty favourites amongst their best-loved beauty brands and products of 2015. Read on to see what won…
{BEST BRITISH SKINCARE BRAND} went to {Oskia} – quite rightly – and their delectable {Bedtime Beauty Boost} was 1st runner-up in the ‘Best Night Treatment’ category. We (and everyone we know) are besotted with this stunning range – unequivocal proof that there’s no need to choose between nature and efficacy.
{BEST AROMATHERAPY BRAND} was {NEOM} – we’re addicted to their heavenly-scented candles, and their {Happiness} range (a gorgeous, uplifting blend of neroli, mimosa and lemon) was awarded the title of ‘Best Luxury Candle’. {Therapie} narrowly missed the top spot – and their gorgeous, soul-soothing, {Equilibrium Bath & Shower Essence} was runner-up in the ‘Best Bath Oil’ category.
{Aurelia Probiotic Skincare} claimed 1st prize in two prestigious categories – the brand’s best-loved {Miracle Cleanser} won {BEST FACIAL CLEANSER}, while their {Cell Revitalise Night Moisturiser} narrowly pipped Oskia to the post for {BEST NIGHT TREATMENT}, about which Beauty Shortlist’s editor Fiona Klonarides has this to say; “This late night cocktail of 100% pure botanicals, calming, nourishing omegas and plant oils works hard to replenish skin while you sleep – it gets extra points for the gorgeous neroli, lavener, rose and mandarin essential oils, which make it such a beautiful, light-but-rich cream to use.”
Runner-up for {BEST EYE CREAM} was Su-Man Skincare’s {Awakening Eye Uplift} – a velvety, skin-firming eye treatment with peptides, antioxidant spirulina and dragon’s blood to reverse signs of ageing and protect against free radical attack.
{BEST ADVANCED EYE SERUM} went to HealGel’s {HealGel Eye} – a supercharged lifting and brightening potion which reduces puffiness, diminishes dark circles and sends (eye) bags packing.
Steadily accumulating sought-after industry accolades, Studio 10’s {Longlast Velvet Liquid Lips} won the award for {BEST LIPGLOSS}. 5-star rated on Cult Beauty, this lightweight, densely-pigmented and long-wearing formula is a firm favourite, and sold in three flattering, neutral-toned, ‘your lips but better’ shades.
And last, but by no means least, Rejuvenated Ltd. cleaned up when it came to the {BEST HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS} categories, winning 1st prizes for both {H3O Night Repair} and their best-selling {Collagen Shots} (tablets and powder respectively).
