Great For Swimmers
I use this shampoo after swimming about four times per week. It gets the chlorine out of my hair, and also refreshes the scalp so I don't feel like my hair is being totally stripped when I wash it so frequently. The key is to use a small amount of the shampoo (like, a pound coin size at most), it works so well. The scent is invigorating too, a staple for hair care when I'm in chlorinated water a lot!

I bought this on desperation mode, after my oily hair/scalp got out of control. I used it exclusively for about 3 weeks and when I started to notice my hair getting a little better, I reduced it to once again (alternating with a gentle shampoo on the other washes). I also paired it with a salicylic acid treatment and this routine got my hair back to normal. It really cleans your scalp and gets rid of all the grease and dirt. Probably best if you only use it once a week. Great smell as well, I feel super fresh post-wash
