It is a good nutritional supplement that does the job. It is easy to dispense and comes in a cute glass bottle.

I buy the vit D spray. As its easily absorbed. This is my first time trying this brand. One negative aspect is that it doesn't taste nice. Other sprays have a an added flavour, like peppermint.

As someone that struggles to leave the house due to depression I always have my vitamin D levels quite low. This product has really helped me get higher vitamin D levels which is great, I recommend it :)

I always take Vitamin D from November to March/April and this is the first time I find a supplement that actually works and that is super easy to ingest. It has become part of my getting up routine. I keep it in my bathroom cabinet and between skincare and makeup, I just spray it 3 times under my tongue. And that's it. Be ready to feel much more energetic and certainly in a better mood ;-D It doesn't really taste like anything, and best of all, you don't need to take it with food!! This was a real game-changer for me. Definitely repurchasing!

Is there an easier way to get you daily values of vitamin D covered? I don’t think so. Love the packaging too, so smooth. And the product itself, almost tasteless. Highly recommended if you want to cover your needs.Â

I love how easy it is to take this! After learning the importance of vitamin D it's such a relief knowing I get the full dose in a few sprays. It has a little aftertaste but nothing that doesn't go away in a few seconds

Really starting to feel a difference in my mood after taking this for a little over a month. It's so easy to take and doesn't have an awful aftertaste like some liquid supplements do. Love that I know I'm getting my full required vitamin d, especially in cloudy London!
