Himalayan Detox Salts (500g)

Please be aware that these salts are not suitable for use during pregnancy. About two hours before you go to bed, place 1-2 cap-fulls under running water, to dissipate the essences into your bath. Soak for 10-15 minutes, then for maximum benefit don't rinse the salt residue after bathing - this helps your muscles to relax and rejuvenates your skin whilst eliminating toxins. These salts are a particularly good detoxifier if your body is under stress and promote cellular regeneration whilst preventing build up of the electro-magnetic energy we absorb through excessive computer and mobile 'phone use. While soaking you can feel your body temperature rising above what it normally would in a bath and that feeling continues for a while after you leave the bathroom (the more stressed and blocked you are, the more you will feel this). Once your body temp feels back to normal, slumber down in bed and you'll find you get the most peaceful night's sleep ever!

Cherish Skin Repair (200ml)

Apply once a day to your body as part of a skin repair program. Easily absorbed, it just takes minutes to sink in and get to work. This formula can be used safely during pregnancy to support skin elasticity, as its highly rejuvenating formulation can help to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.

Equilibrium Bath & Shower Essence (100ml)

Decant one cap-full into a bath of running water. Soak in the bath for minimum of ten minutes before cleansing. This wonderful essence can also be used in the shower - after you've washed your body, simply massage a cap-full into wet skin and surround yourself in the deliciously centreing aroma. It's the perfect antidote when you're left feeling overextended and anxious.
