Perfect for fair and dry skin. It is very difficult to find a compact powder that works for dry and mature skin this One does. Very cute packaging. Only cons very small amount of product. I love it as the loose powder version.

It’s incredibly lightweight and thin; I can touch up multiple times during the day, and it never, ever looks cakey or thick. I was so impressed that, less than a week after trying it, I bought a second one for my 70-year-old mother. It’s perfect for her because she, like many, dislikes how traditional powders settle into lines or look dry and heavy. The only minor drawbacks are that the baked pan can create a little product kick-up, making it slightly messy, and there’s a micro-shimmer visible when you look closely—but it’s subtle and far less noticeable than many other glowy powders. Overall, this is the perfect powder for people who thought they hated powder. Highly recommend!

Not a setting powder
It’s not a setting powder, more a finishing powder and indeed it has a certain shimmer when applying. Using it as the last step in my makeup routine. If you have oily combination skin, you might not like it unless you are using it in combination with a real mattifiying setting powder.
