Gently apply using your fingers or a cotton pad over entire face and neck, including the eye area (avoid lash line and eyelids) after cleansing and toning. Do not rinse. For nighttime, follow with the rest of your routine.

The best toner for oily skin!
This is hands down the best toner I have ever used for my oily skin. It swipes away all the greasiness and dead skin cells and leaves my skin smooth and refreshed before I apply moisturiser.
