Use For: Sore Muscles, Cold and Flu, Fever, Viral Infections, Cough, Lung Ailments, Shingles and General Detoxification. Can be used as a whole body soak or detoxifying foot bath. A 20 minute soak in about 1/4-1/2 cup is sufficient. More may be used in extreme conditions, but please use caution.
