1 Gua Sha Tool: Rose Quartz

100ml Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Cleanser​: Use daily, smoothing a small amount over your face, neck and décolleté. Moisten with warm water and massage lightly in circular movements until the jojoba spheres melt, then rinse thoroughly. To use as a twice weekly mask, apply and leave on for 15 minutes to optimise the pumpkin enzymes because rinsing away.

30ml Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Serum​: After cleansing and toning, warm a few drops of the serum in your palms, cupping your hands over your face to inhale the aroma. Gently smooth over your face, neck and décolleté until fully absorbed and then follow with your favourite moisturiser.

55ml Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Moisturiser​: Use morning and evening after cleansing and toning. Apply to fingertips and smooth onto the face, neck and décolleté in light upward strokes until fully absorbed. To enhance the benefits, apply over Optimal Skin ProSerum.

55ml Overnight Hydration Therapy: Massage onto face, neck and décolleté until the formula turns white. Allow formula to fully absorb before retiring to bed.

15ml Depuff and Soothe Eye Gel​: Gently tap into eye contour and under eye area. Use morning and night for best results.

200ml Pink Hair and Scalp Mud​: Massage into scalp and through damp hair. Leave for 20 minutes or overnight if preferred and rinse. Follow with Purifying Shampoo and Nourishing Conditioner.

55ml Refining Skin Polish​: Use 1-2 times a week for normal skin or once a week for oily skin. Smooth over damp skin and massage lightly in circular movements then rinse. Suitable for all skin types.

100ml Restorative Bath & Body Oil​: Swirl into the bath for a soothing soak, use as a massage oil, a dry skin remedy, or apply to pulse points and temples for ultimate aromatherapy.

30ml Isotonic Hydration Mask​: Smooth generously over face, neck and décolleté. Relax for 10 minutes. Remove with a damp cloth or cotton wool.

1 Gua Sha Tool: For a cooling effect from your Gua Sha Tool, simply place in the refrigerator. For use, please refer to the ESPA Gua Sha massage ritual which is included on the next slide. Wipe clean after use.
