Umbra Sheer™ Physical Daily Defense Spf 30: Every morning, apply evenly onto face, neck, chest and backs of hands. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
