Apply Rise to your palms and gently rub your hands together. Place over your nose and breathe deeply for a minimum of 3 breaths. Anoint your pulse points: inside your wrist, below your navel, top of your spine and soles of your feet. Use in the morning and throughout the day as you need.

Warm a small amount of the Anchor balm in your hands, place over your nose and breathe deeply for a minimum of 3 breaths. Anoint inside your wrists and décolleté to allow the balm to work and release any tension which you are holding.

Apply Settle to your palms and gently rub your hands together. Place over your nose and breathe deeply for a minimum of 3 breaths. Anoint the inside of your wrists then roll the oil across your chest and breathe. Exhale and roll the oil back, letting go of any tension.
